It is specially formulated to support muscles** and reduce tiredness§ when you need it most. ### WHAT DOES PROTEIN DO? Protein contributes to growth in muscle mass and its maintenance. It also contributes to maintenance of normal bones. ### HOW DO I GET MY PROTEIN REQUIREMENTS? Protein can be found in an array of foods including, meat, fish, cheese, yoghurt, milk and nuts.1 Each serving of Ensure® NutriVigor provides 8.65 grams of protein.+ ### WHAT DOES VITAMIN D DO? Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and normal blood calcium levels. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function, bones and teeth. ### HOW DO I GET MY VITAMIN D REQUIREMENTS?
