SIMPLE TIPS TO KEEP THE ENERGY LEVELS GOING

 

Keeping your energy levels up during the day can be a challenge, so try some of the following:

Ensure CRM No.1 STAY HYDRATED


1. To get your metabolism running and an energy boost, drink a glass of water as soon as you
wake up in the morning.

2. Invest in a water bottle you want to have on your desk or that you can take with you throughout your day. Some water bottles have measurement markings to help you track your intake.

3. Take a moment to determine what your body is signalling. Sometimes you may confuse thirst
for hunger, which could lead to overeating.

Ensure CRM No.2 WAKING UP WITH MOVEMENT


1. Add simple stretches to getting out of bed to help warm up muscles and promote circulation, which can aid waking up in the morning.

2. Follow an online yoga flow, mobility routine or resistance exercise

3. Put on music you enjoy moving to while waiting for the kettle to boil.

1. By stressing less, you can get your energy back.

2. Get get exposure to natural light in the mornings which helps regulate your circadian rhythm i.e. sleep-wake cycle.

3. Make time for gratitude every day. Keeping a gratitude journal and the attitude of being thankful or grateful is positively correlated to more vitality and energy.

4. Switch out your scroll-time for any of the activities listed to get that boost of energy you’re looking for.
