Blueberry & Peanut Butter Porridge

A breakfast fit for champions, this delicious twist on a classic fruit and nut breakfast is a great way to start the day. With blueberries, banana, peanut butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg, you won’t be shy on flavour.



  • 2 scoops Ensure NutriVigor, vanilla flavour (use the scoop provided in the tin)
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 235ml semi-skimmed milk
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 medium banana, sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Makes: 1 serving

Allergens: Contains gluten, milk and peanuts



  1. Combine oats, milk and spices in a saucepan and cook on low heat (do not boil). Once oats become soft, add banana.
  2. Prior to serving, add Ensure NutriVigor, blueberries and peanut butter and stir through.
  3. Serve hot and with a dollop of Greek yoghurt (optional).
